The center offers dedicated medically supervised detox beds for adults who need withdrawal management, along with residential treatment and step-down levels that include partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient programming (IOP), and outpatient services. Treatment planning may incorporate medication-assisted treatment, psychiatric support, individual and group therapy, family involvement, relapse prevention, and aftercare.
Icarus also accepts adults seeking mental health treatment without a primary substance use disorder. The clinical team evaluates safety, withdrawal risk, medical and psychiatric needs, and level-of-care fit before admission or transition between programs.
Icarus works with New Mexico Medicaid/Turquoise Care and many commercial insurance plans. Coverage, authorization, eligibility, availability, and admission are not guaranteed.
