PH Wellness is a detox and residential treatment center located in Riverside California. We are an evidence-based rehab for those struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our Founder Tony Hoffman is a Clovis native who has spent the last 13 years traveling the country speaking on mental health and addiction, sharing his story from prison to the Olympics. Tony’s dream with PH is to create a sobriety model we like to call F.I.T. fitness, inventory work, transferable life skills. We believe the residents of PH Wellness will benefit most from daily routines that can be replicated and implemented anywhere after they leave treatment.
